Saturnia is a spa town in Tuscany in north-central Italy that has been inhabited since ancient times. It is a frazione of the comune of Manciano, in the province of Grosseto. It lies about 14 km from Manciano, 40 km south of Podere Santa Pia and 37 km northeast of Orbetello and the coast.
Cascate del Mulino, considered by Lonely Planet as one the world’s best free spas, is the most reviewed and popular tourist attraction of Tuscany. The Huffington Post recently rated the Cascate as one the most important tourist sites in Italy, and both the New York Times and The Guardian included these falls in their list of once in a lifetime destinations. The Terme di Saturnia

The Terme di Saturnia are a group of springs located a few kilometers from the village of Saturnia. The springs that feed the baths, which are found in the south-eastern valley, cover a vast territory that stretches from Mount Amiata and the hills of Fiora and Albegna rivers to the Maremma grossetana at Roselle (Terme di Roselle) and Talamone (Terme dell'Osa).
The site is famous for its spectacular natural pools, formed by the continuous flow of water on limestone.

The falls are fed by the thermal waters of the Gorello cascade, which flow at a near constant 37° C (98.6°F) from the Terme di Saturnia. The sulphurous thermal waters are renowned for their therapeutic and healing properties, and because access to the site is free [2]

But there is only one café and it is very crowded during the high season and weekend.
