There are plenty of hiking and mountain bike trails to choose from, leading you through some of the most beautiful valleys of the Val ‘Orcia, and hills dotted with silvery olive orchards, small villages, and vineyards, passing some of finest wineries of Montalcino. One of the most popular tracks is taking you eight miles along a dirt track through farmland and oak woods to the abbey of Sant'Antimo. Further itineraries take you to the famous cypress trees in Montalcino, I Cipressi di Casaltina and further to San Quirico d'Orcia and Pienza.
