Podere Santa Pia is a country house with garden and privat swimming pool, on two levels of approximately 350 square meters. Modern conveniences are in harmony with the ancient beauty of the past as the property boasts wide open spaces decorated with original features and finishes, including terracotta floors, an original caminetto or open fireplace in the kitchen, a wood fired pizza-oven, original wooden beams in the ceilings, stone façades, and an interesting series of contemporary art on the walls.

The swimming pool, a serene expanse of cerulean, lays encircled by the gleaming peperino tiles that form its elegant basin. In the languid afternoon light, it becomes a canvas of aqueous ripples and shifting reflections.
